Luke is co-owner and General Manager of Planning and Operations
Luke is a former neuro-psychologist having a Ph.D. in clinical psychology and in Health Science. He had been in private practice and A consultant for Landmark Medidal Center's 42 bed psychiatric facility. Following that he worked for two states as a special investigator investigating major criminal activity in state hospitals. Now retired from that he assists his wife who is co owner of 155 Storage Park and also works as a nationally certified search and rescue technician doing K-9 search and rescue as well as managing disaster and search operations. Liz kallus is co-owner of 155 Storage Park. She has a degree from Sam Houston State in business management and is financial officer of the company. She has an extensive history in the banking industry and worked as an executive secretary for a major oil field company in Texas. She also assists Luke in the general operations of the company and with K-9 training and search and rescue operations with United States Homeland Emergency Response Organization ( www.ushero.org ).

| Casey has worked for 155 Storage Park and Packaging Supply since i topened in 1999. He is bright, fun to be around, and a hard worker. He is honest and can be trusted with anything. He has worked his way up to facility manager and he knows all facets of the self storage industry. Casey also is a member of United States Homeland Emergency Response Organization ( ushero.org ) and assists me with K-9 training and K-9 search and rescue operations.

| Kat assists with office management and customer relations. She is a pleaseure to be around and very customer and service oriented. Kat has been a faithful assistant for the past 5 years and understands the self storage industry well. She is a dependable and intelligent person and very capable of office management as well as book keeping. Kat also is a nationally certified search and rescue technician as well as a K-9 handler. She has two exceptionally sweet and bright Rottweilers who are outstanding search dogs.
